Home/About us/Who is Who/ The company was formed by a father and son team: John F. Brailsford, a chartered surveyor and Tom W. Brailsford, a civil engineer. Tom Brailsford has been living in Bulgaria for some time, having married Kallina Krasteva, an internet development consultant involved in the travel business. Tom Brailsford who has a degree in Civil Engineering, gained at Manchester University, is a former Construction Manager of a London firm of fit-out specialists and is familiar with foreign travel, having visited nearly 30 countries. Tom settled in Bulgaria around 4 years ago and worked there as an Estate Agent prior to commencing in business in Bulgaria Property Search. Tom lives in Sofia, the Bulgarian capital, with his family and also has bases in Balchik just north of Varna and Sinemorets near the Turkish border on the south east coast. John Brailsford is a chartered surveyor who specialises in undertaking pre-purchase and structural surveys on all types of residential property and who is based in the East Midlands. He has worked in the UK property market for 40 years, having been qualified for over 35 years, and has run a business under his own banner for around 20 years. Kallina Krasteva is a Bulgarian national with many years experience in both the travel industry and website project management before embarking on Bulgaria Property Search with John & Tom. |
