Home/About us/Who is Who/ The company was originally founded by a father and son team: John F. Brailsford, a chartered surveyor and Tom W. Brailsford, a civil engineer. Jelmer De Boer later joined as a partner. Tom Brailsford who has a degree in Civil Engineering, gained at Manchester University, is a former Construction Manager of a London firm of fit-out specialists and is familiar with foreign travel, having visited nearly 30 countries. Tom settled in Bulgaria around 5 years ago and worked there as an Estate Agent prior to commencing in business in Bulgaria Property Search. He has recently finished developing an office building in the city centre. John Brailsford is a chartered surveyor who specialises in undertaking pre-purchase and structural surveys on all types of residential property and who is based in the East Midlands. He has worked in the UK property market for 40 years, having been qualified for over 35 years, and has run a business under his own banner for around 20 years. Jelmer De Boer, a Dutch national is a real estate consultant and property developer with 10 years of ‘Bulgarian experience’, particularly qualified in land deals and construction management. He joined BPS as a partner to inject fresh ideas, experience and enthusiasm into the operation. |
