He works assiduously, ensuring that any unanticipated requirements are catered for when they arise, and does not fade in enthusiasm towards his guests no matter how difficult they may be. He has shown the capacity to take on further responsibility in the short, impressive time that I (as a senior manager) have had the privilege of engaging with. He should be considered a highly valued, capable team worker that carries his mentors business forward in profit at every given opportunity. Summary In précis to the above, Mr Raynovski was the perfect host to a very organised and successful property purchase and visit for my family and I. He is staunchly patriotic and has an enviable pride and knowledge in his country, culture, history and colleagues.
