If you require we may make a pre-purchase survey to give you peace of mind for your move. Tom Brailsford although not a member of the RICS has a degree in Civil Engineering and has had extensive experience with John Brailsford who is on the governing council of the aforementioned organisation. The fees are as follows: • All costs will be covered by the client. • The survey & report costs 1% of the asking price of the property with a minimum of £250 within 150 km of Sofia. An extra 0.25% or £50 is charged per extra 100 km. |
