Company registration is only required if buying land or property with land. It is not necessary if buying apartments. If it is necessary, the steps are as follows: Choose 3 company names (in case first choice unavailable) Scan & e-mail your passport with all details clearly visible Send lawyers fee and court charges to Bulgarian bank (500) Choose a Bulgarian address for your company (we may provide for a monthly rent) Company name will be registered in the courts All documents for company registration will be e-mailed to you Documents must be filled in, notarized and then couriered to Bulgaria A bank account is opened on your behalf and 5000 leva must be transferred to the company account (this must stay in the account for two weeks after which you may withdraw it) Our lawyer receives a letter from the bank and starts court procedures On receiving the court decision a company stamp must be purchased The lawyer will make bulstat, social security and tax registration.
