Our Fees Our fee structure is quite simple, you pay the price of the property and any government taxes. Our services costs you nothing unless specifically stated in the listing. Viewing is free of charge within the city of Sofia, otherwise travel costs are charged to the client for ventures outside of the capital. |

Other fees Other fees start with company registration (when applicable) which costs ˆ700. You may pay additional fees for registered post or courier delivery of documents. UK notary charges will be necessary also if you wish to give power of attorney to our lawyer to have the company registered without your presence.
