We would be happy to listen to you with regard to the detail of your requirement, as to location and type of property. Browse through the properties section of our website; if you find nothing to suit your requirements we will then search via various means in order to find suitable properties. These will then be shortlisted to a small selection of properties which would seem to most suit location, type and of course budget.

Arrangements would be needed for the clients to visit Bulgaria. We would meet them at their hotel, take them to see the properties which were available.

Once a suitable property is located, and the price negotiated, the matter would be referred to a local solicitor (English speaking) who could explain the detail of purchase and money transfers and who, in turn, will then set up a meeting between the seller and the purchaser with a Notary, who will notarise the deal (similar to other European countries, e.g. France).

Or if requested, BPS could cover all aspects of the purchase without the clients presence via notarised power of attorney instructing us to do so.
